I am 29 year old male . I was getting ankle pain from last two months as i am doing walk from last 2 years . Now i noticed a lump on my neck like thumb size no pain in it . I have sinus i was sleeping on elevated pillows and i am getting body ache back ache and legs pain . What can be the reason for this lump

If its painless , then may be a lipoma which is quite normal just fat deposition it is , u can consult surgeon for further investigations
