Hi Doctor I m having slight body ache and headache since last 2 days but I'm constantly feeling energyless. Sleeping time has been increased to 10-12 hours. No other problems as of now. Could you please prescribe some medicine or some treatment or possible causes of it. Thanks in advance Would be greatful

Describe your daily routine . Do you have fever /menstruating? Do you suffer from heavy menstruation? Are you taking any other medicine for any other reason ? This is not a so called major issue . Change your daily routine +1 glass of water at morning with honey and lemon and just chill😊
