Body Ache and Fever

Namaastey Doctor, From the last 2 days, i was having some discomfortness in throat which now turned into itching of throat and it is leading to occasional coughing, with fever, body ache and headache. Fever started from yesterday night. Took Calpol 500 mg, got some releif and then again fever and body ache came on 11.00 noon at today, took calpol 500. Now i am feeling better but having headache and feeling hot sensation over hands and face.

Seems like flu with sore throat.  lozenges for throat itching and adequate hydration along with present medication

Hi, Looks like you have the flu. Hydrate well, eat well and rest Check your oxygen levels twice a day. Should be over 94%.
Next Steps
If temperature is more than 101 F for more than 3 days or oxygen less than 93%.. See a doctor
