I have little blurry sight after forgoting lens overnight Have removed lense as soon as I woke up. What should I do

need not to worry. discontinue  lens for one day .use lubricants e.g. teardrop eye drops 2to3 times daily. put your lens in soln.

If u are not having any other symptoms like watering and redness, then i don't think u have anything to worry about. Just avoid wearing the lenses for a day... let the lens soak in the solution overnight. Start wearing them normally tomorrow.
