Blurrines on my left eye

My left eye developed a sudden blurrines. I spend a lot of time infront of my computer in full brightness without taking sufficient brakes for years (reduced brightness now). I consulted a doctor and he told me to wear glasses. Will my Eyes heal if i wear glasses for some months? Shall i wear glasses everywhere? I have attached the Doctors prescription below.

Yes ,go ahead with your glasses whenever you have to work on computers or TV. Take some precautions as to doing work in well iluminated room , taking breaks after every 20 mts , Position your screen at proper level to your eyes, And keep putting lubricating drops.
