Blue cut anti glare glasses

Hi I underwent lasik surgery about 5-6 years ago. All is well. Recently, I started a job where I need to look at the computer a lot. I bought a pair of blue cut anti glare glasses (0 power). I didn't consult a doctor before doing so. Just wanted to know if it's safe and won't affect my lasik operated eyes. Thanks!

Yes you can use them safely. Please try to blink your eyes frequently while working on computer and give your eyes a break from the screen after every 15-20minutes to avoid dryness of eyes. You can use  good lubricant drops also.
