I am assuming that the diagnosis of external hemorrhoids has already been made prior by a qualified surgeon. Since the hemorrhoids is bleeding we need to to apply a lignocaine soaked gauze piece as a tamponade to stop the bleeding. Hence it is advisable to visit a surgeon in your vicinity. However if the bleeding has already stopped then and I can prescribe your medications to soften the stools and hence prevent further injury to the hemorrhoids and bleeding. If the bleeding has stopped on its own then you need to to take the following medications
Tab.Daflon 1gm Twice a day
Syp. CREMAFIN PLUS 20 ML IN THE NIGHT
