I found out blood with cough just for a single day.and after that normal cough is coming...before tat day I didn't had any coughing issues.

Blood in cough could be a serious issue if it isnt related to any other complain ! Its should be evaluated . Some symptomatic medications can be taken , but a confirmed diagnosis on basis of certain tests like chest xray and blood investigations needs to be confirmed.
