You seems to have haemorrhoid what is generally called as piles Change your life style Take plenty of water Foods with plenty of fibre Fresh fruits daily No red meats Plenty of green vegetables Basically you shouldn’t get constipation or hard stools at all S You can also take Sitz bath that is sit in warm water daily at least twice a day If you still have the problem then see a surgeon

Since your problem is since one year and it is associated with bleeding definitely consult general surgeon and get proper treatment.
