Blood tests reports before pregnancy

Hello doctor, I am planning for pregnancy. I did following blood test on second day of period empty stomach early in the morning after 45 mins when i woke up. I am takimg thyronorm 100 mg and metital 500 mg tablet. I know hba1c is little higher than range. How can i control it naturally? Please refer to following blood test results Free T3 =2.7 ( range 1.48 - 3.91) free t4=1.9 (range 0.7 - 1.48) ultra tsh =3.2( range 0.4 - 4.5 ) Hba1c = 6.7 ( dibetic if > 6.5) Can i get pregnant with these values? Is this something serious?

Instead of trying to correct HbA1c at this stage it is better to do blood sugar F and PP and take action as indicated. All other reports are normal.

Follow proper diet and exercise. Yes this reports won't be hurdle in being pregnant But complications will be much lesser if u control ur HbA1c and then plan
