I had my random blood test and saw my RBC is 4.25 million/ul, PVC-38.5%, MCH-34.3, MCHC-37.9, Elevated AST: 135 U/L, ALT:83.6 U/L, ALP:165.1 U/L, Other things are normal. Any matter of concern? I am worried...what should I do?

Values you have mentioned are not complete. Elevated liver enzymes need to be evaluated.Get an ultrasound scan of abdomen to rule out fatty liver.
