TB diagnostic test is sputum evaluation ..but there is blood test called IGRA which is not diagnostic of active infection
Next Steps
if suspecting TB get the chest x ray and sputum evaluation done

theres tb pcr, then theres latent infection seen in tb gold, igyr, but donot go blindly for them as plethora of tests are available depending on symptoms
