Is there a blood test that needs to be done after recovering from covid. She is fine but gets fever around 99.5 at night and a bit of body pain and weakness? It has been 27 days since she got positive. Do we need to get any other test? Or is it normal?

Give her a high protein diet ( paneer , soy chunks , soyabean , sprouts , can even add a good quality whey protein ) And plenty of fluids . Can add on coconut water as well

Dont really need a blood test if there is occasional mild fever and no other symptom.
