Dear Dr I am diabetes for 10 years and now I am taking two janumer xr 50/1000 daily,I made analysis for blood sugar and found out that my random blood analysis is 322 and HBA1C is 10.4 and my MCHC is 35.5 and So please check and advise

The sugars are very high and we need to add a third drug which can be insulin, Sulphonylureas or SGLT2 Inhibitors based on you history details and preferences. Kindly start consultation with a diabetologist
