My blood sugar is sometimes high in the morning, sometimes it is over 150 also. Should I eat food anyway or wait until it goes down? What kind of food should I eat?

Your fasting blood sugar of 150 is certainly high. Not eating the food is not the way to manage diabetes. You will need appropriate medications to reduce your blood sugar and would benefit by seeing a qualified diabetologist. You should be eating a healthy and sensible diet and you may want to see a dietitian in this regard.
