Blood reports. Roma Index and sonography

During normal annual blood reports, my mother's urine routine report showed  Occult Blood ++++.  On following up with my doc, he suggested a sonography and a Roma Index He4 test. I am attaching both reports.  She has no symptoms. No diabetes. Is hale and hearty. Minor old age issues only. Moves around on her own. Kindly advise if we need to worry about cancer etc. Please guide. Other parameters Creatine  1.0 Haemoglobin 11.5. D3 26.6. B12 384 TSH 6.030

She had occult blood in the urine but no further evaluation by a cystoscopy has been done. Her sonography doesn't suggest a clear cut diagnosis of ovarian malignancy.  But it is better to go for an MRI scan of the pelvis . So she should consult a Gynaecology Oncologist.

She needs surgery for evaluation of ovarian mass. Ovarian mass at this age suggests carcinoma ovary. Urine having occult blood needs urologist opinion also.
