Hii sir yesterday I got fever Dr. Diagnosed and taken a blood sample test my himoglobin percentage is above 18.9 grm what should I do and what is the reason for this is this Dr told to once Meet to hematology dept nims hospital can you please suggest and am very baudher about this

It is due to hemoconcentration , most common cause is dehydration, but need to rule out further haematological as well lung disorders. If you are a smoker then that will be another causative factor for high haemoglobin.
