I am 58 years old,the blood pressure reading is attached.. please tell what shall I do? Is it fine for my age ? I am taking medicine amlokind 2.5 once daily for pressure..

It is on the higher side, please increase Amlokind  2.5mg to 5mg per day Amlokind 5mg once a day
