I am diagnosed high bp 8 months back my bp around 140/100 , initially prescribed losartan 50 I took around month but I have palpitations with small work also then doctor changed to cilindipine 10 and metoprolol 25 combination tablet. I took it and I am fine but sometimes low bp and dizziness so doctor change to metoprolol 25 morning and cilindipine 10 night. After taking I am totally fine . But from one month onwards I have stranger problem in evening time around after 5pm I have dizziness and palpitations and lightheaded feeling when i take cilindipine 10 around 7pm after 30 minutes all my symptoms are vanished. This is happening daily from one month onwards when I take night dose I am perfectly alright but before three hours I am struggling lot. Can I switch cilindipine to amlodipine because amlodipine half life more compare to cilindipine. I don't want to stop metoprolol with out it I have palpitations. I need another one at night.

To get the better treatment plan or management of the disease along with second opinion kindly always prefer video consultation . A video consultation is best for better understanding the disease and to explain the prognosis
