Blood pressure precaution for my mother.

Hello doctors I am asking question for my mother she is 70 yrs old. My mother had No blood pressure but sometimes becoz of tension or any other reason in 3 or 4 months her blood pressure goes to 170/80 and than comes back to normal 122/67 But my concern is thr any ayurveda or patanjali medicine which doesn't lead to her blood pressure goes this high. As we live in village it's difficult to get proper guidance. Plz guide.

As per the history of the patient given by you is that the patient undergo stress and leads to hypertension.....better to consult personally inorder to know the cause of stress and to examine the patient carefully ( prakriti, vikriti etc) the effective medicine can be started. But till than make sure to maintain a healthy environment around her, to take care of her sleep cycle

You can give her Arjunarishta 10 ml with equal water once a day. Follow strict diet and lifestyle. Do walk and provide her stress free environment so that her stress won't give rise to her BP.

Follow all diet and lifestyle patterns advised here. Proper sleep is equally important as at this age disturbed sleep is very common. Start Sarwatarishta 2 spoon with equal quantity of water post lunch n dinner for proper sleep. If stress is the factor you can start Brahmi vati 1 tab twice a day.

Give her warm water to drink Second use sendha salt at home. Avoid fried and spicy food. You can give her 2 tablet of Mukta vati 2 tablet( patanjli tablet)once in a day after breakfast. :-do walk daily . :- do meditation daily before sleep for mind relaxing.

Dear as you told that tension raises her blood pressure then why not you provide stress free environment to your mother ? Anyway follow this  if currently bp is normal 1. Daily walking 2. Fat free and salt restricted diet 3. Stress free environment.

Let her use garlic and ginger in food items. Drink her enough water before seven o clock in the evening.walk in side house.may use watermelon like valliphala.
