Bllod Pressure was initially around 160/120 .After taking Olmesar20 it comes around 140/100. Please suggest if any ither better medicine i have to take

Since when u r having high bp..since u are only 31 years first u have to go through the investigations why you are having high bp...and if some reason we have to correct that..if no then you need to add another medicine .
