I am 27 years old I have IBS Otherwise i dont have any particular problem My is 125/85 some times its 128/86 It ranges from 120 to 129 and 80-89 Is that normal? Should and i worry about it and check BP regularly?

It's normal.. Avoid oily foods.. Junk foods..
