It's quite normal to feel dizzy after waking up, it's called postural hypotension, occurs because when we keep our legs down in the morning from lying position because of gravity the blood goes more to the legs and the blood supply to the brain reduces. So it's normal, nothing to be worried about.
Next Steps
while getting up, turn to one side and get up slowly, sit in the bed for a few minutes and then get up.
