From last few days, I feel symptoms of acid reflux and see mild Blood mixed saliva Only in morning without coughing. Also have sore throat feeling all day  and salty saliva coming all day and sometimes yellowish sputum too.What should I do ?

It's reflux changes. Drink lots of water. Do betadine gargles .
