I had a very painful poop last week I had to strain it a lot but after that I am bleeding when I poop initially my toilet water turned red and it burned severely for hours but now it's been around 5 days the pain has reduced but it still bleeds a little like today I had a streak of bright right blood on my poop and I am worried can it be cancer
