I have got a fissure on my anal exit since November and recent blood test results show that my haemoglobin is low. So m applying this gel and having my tonic. Yesterday I noticed blood in my stool and I'm terrified of what this new thing is happening to me. Please give an idea of what it could be. The fissure has gotten small now so I'm not sure what's wrong with me.

You should first consult a ayurvedic physician, he will diagnose your problem. If you have line of blood along the stool; it may be due to fissure but if it is in stool it has other reasons like piles,colitis ....etc
