Hello Thank you for reaching out with your health concerns. The combination of blood in stool, metallic taste, and persistent fatigue you've been experiencing for several months warrants careful medical evaluation. These symptoms could indicate several possible conditions including: - Gastrointestinal bleeding (from ulcers, hemorrhoids, or other causes) - Liver or kidney dysfunction - Certain vitamin deficiencies - Side effects from medications (if you're taking any) - More serious conditions that require prompt diagnosis While hemorrhoids or fissures are common causes of rectal bleeding, the accompanying metallic taste and fatigue suggest we should investigate further to rule out systemic issues. I would recommend: 1. Complete blood count to check for anemia 2. Liver and kidney function tests 3. Stool examination 4. Possibly endoscopic evaluation Self-treatment without proper diagnosis could delay identifying the underlying cause. I strongly advise you to schedule a consultation for proper evaluation and testing. You can reach me for an appointment at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two on WhatsApp.
