From last three days I saw blood comes when I split and daily it come three to four times no cough or nothing so I am so much feared about it and some body told that this blood cancer please help me......

Could be from the sinuses or from a bleeding septal spur. You can only be sure of the source of blood by a proper ENT examination. Drop into my clinic asap for a fill evaluation. -Dr Gladson Guddappa Uchil

most common cause for bleeding from mouth is dental related problems especially gingival problems. blood cancer is a rare condition and its a myth that it will have bleeding from mouth as presentation. it will have multiple symptoms and mist of them will be severe. consult a dentist
