Bleeding from gums indicates that their is some infection in gums. Maybe their are some deposits on tooth. Scaling may be helpful, then follow proper hygiene measures. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, use mouthwash. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

It may be due to poor oral hygiene, calculus deposition and swollen gums . So you have to take proper treatment for it,as cleaning of teeth and use mouthwash and gumpaint .
