Yes you can use saline nasal spray. Make sure you're aware of avoiding nose picking. However if bleeding persists you might need nasal Endoscopy for evaluation and sos bipolar cauterization. Avoid nasal irritants especially in time of diwali.

Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT A small amount of blood from one nostril after cleaning is commonly due to minor irritation or dryness of the nasal mucosa. This often happens from vigorous cleaning, nose picking, or dry air. If bleeding has stopped and there is no recurrence, it usually isn’t a cause for concern. You may use a saline nasal spray (isotonic) 2–3 times daily to keep the nasal passages moist and promote healing. Avoid forceful cleaning or blowing the nose for a few days.
