Looks like Sub conjunctival hemorrhage, If no history of trauma, you can wait and watch. Else Visiting an ophthalmologist will be a wise decision.

This looks like a subconjunctival haemorrhage.. The blood spot will resolve on its own. Was there any violent coughing, vomiting or trauma to the eye? If so there’s nothing to worry about. Do get your bp checked however. Sometimes this occurs due to high blood pressure. And if it happens again without any apparent reason visit an ophthalmologist.

It's sbconjunctival haemorrhage. Must have occurred due to unintentional rubbing. Please do cold compresses by ice. Will take 10 to 15 days to recover.
