Blood discharge from nipple may because of various condition like benign breast disease or malignant disease. As patient is elderly it may be due to some tumour in breast. Does she felt any mass in her breast ? Proper examination of both breast is a must thing in this condition. So please don't delay in consulting a general surgeon.
