Hi, please help with my blood report, sharing pic of a page that tell there is mild leukopenia plus predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes and macrocytes,, along with degenerated cells are seen... please help me with these terms as I could find these as ALERTS

Red blood cell volume is more than normal. It happens in vitamin B12 deficiency. Your lymphocytes are more in numbers than usual which indicates some chronic infection in your body. White blood cells are less. This is leucopenia with relative lymphocytosis.
Next Steps
Take vitamin B complex and food rich in B12 Consult with doctor if some other problem is there
