Blood count decreased

Hello Doctors, My father's age is 75 and his body was swelled due to less blood count  4 months back we have transfusion 3 bottle and reaches to 8 unit now 4 months later again it decreased to 6 unit so would you please suggest how to deal with this type issues which is currently facing. I have attached recent blood count details please refer this and advise so I can contact to right doctor. Thanks and regards Khalid umar
