Blood clotted for LFT test. Post covide

Hi Doctors, My blood get clotted for LFT test. For CBP, CRP, RBS and kidney function test blood got test but for LFT test blood got clotted what might be the reason. All the blood reports are normal. Is any risk if LFT test blood got clotted.
