Blood clots in stool

Thin stool after normal schedule.Blood clots in stool with sputum like gum. Pain from centre abdomen at right side (more), left side (less). Nothing found in ultrasound. Am i need colonoscopy with H.Pylori test.

Hello , yea u may require a short colonoscopy, to rule out Rectal pathologies etc
