Hello, I had inguinal hernia open surgery on Aug 2nd 2019 by general surgeon. After few days I can feel blood circulation to my penis is very low. Now I am suffering with pre mature ejaculation. Before surgery I don't have this problem. Actually my surgery happened due to hernia and one of my testicle was moved to upper to the penis area, so surgeon done both procedures on single surgery. Kindly advise why blood circulation is very low. How to overcome from premature ejaculation problem.
