simple asnwer is sharp teeth or cheek are getting sandwitched between opposing teeth. so better visit nearby dentist and get them smoothned asap. No role of any cold drink or food stuff, its mechanical issue due to bite forces.
Next Steps
Visit dentist asap.

It is possible that the blister is being caused due to cheek bite. It is important to get it checked up in person. Teeth cusp reduction might be required for the same. Since you are in Delhi itself, you are welcome to visit our profile and take an appointment for a consult.

Stop having carbonated drinks it will worsen the condition. U can apply a temporary relif ointment like bezocaine at the area of ulcer 3times a day. Consult a dentist as soon as possible for a better understanding of the problem. Their can be may resons for the ulcer from stress to a severe viral disease. So you shouldnt delay visiting a dentist.
