I'm feeling nose blockage ..No cold no cough or throat irritation..and no nasal congestion also..If I sleep on bed it is increasing..no able to breathe properly from the nose...Steam is giving relief..can you please suggest on this

Understood your complaints. Since I cannot examine you or do an endoscopy, I suggest you to take a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to have an idea about the cause of nose block.
