My daughter is having blocked nose especially when she lays down on the bed .Throat is also gone Pls suggest if we can give maxtra to her

Put nasal drops for nose block . 2 drops in each nostril . Wenever der is nose block. Give Syp Levocet 2.5 mg. Maintain hydration .

Use nasoclear / nasal saline drops ( non medicated ) 2-3 drops in each nostril for 4-5 times per day , massage for 2 mins.

Maxtra is no longer prescribed in children below 4 years of age. For a blocked nose, you can give either non-medicated Saline Nasal drops (Nasoclear nasal drops) or in case the congestion is severe, medicated drops like Nasivion can be considered for use for limited days.
