My son is 4 month old. He is having very bad cold and cough. We have given him Nasivion s many times and also drop Alex. But no use.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo.  In Such small kids it's difficult to opine anything on public forum. You may try using nasal drops before every feed.  If still no use then visit pediatrician.
