I had a ear irrigation treatment 3 days ago But since now my ear is blocked and doesn't get open. At the time of treatment I felt dizziness and 4-5 hours later I had a very bad pain in my ear after taking medicine pain was stopped but ear is blocked yet

Impacted wax needs to be softened and usually I prescribe some wax solvents for 3 days and later call for ear syringing. Stimulation of nerve cause giddiness if not done in correct method. Ear should be examined again for remaining impaction.
