Bloating and thin stools

Hi Doctors, I have a chronic(3 years) stomoch bloating problem with a lot of flatulence and for past one year I am also having pencil thin stools with frequency of 2-3 times a day, and also I feel a bit cramping in my upper left part of stomoch.. Please doctors suggest me what problem it could be and what should I do next. Thanks for your support.
