Bloating after gym

In last few years I noticed whenever I am doing workout, after some I feel like bloating, stomach become heavy and I feel like I have breathing issues. But I do like outdoor games it is normal, I am very active person with body weight of 74 kg height 170 cm. Kindly let me know
