My upper stomach is over bloated despite losing weight and it has never been like this before and there is also apain in my upper left side.

This may be because of gastritis or some intestinal cause. Avoid spicy food coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Ultrasound may be needed.
