Bloated stomach

I have been having tightness in my stomach from around a month. Stomach also feels bloated in physical appearance. Sometimes feel shortness of breath if there is too much bloating. Is there any tablet that I can take to make this better as a basic treatment afterwards if it's not getting normal, I can visit a health care provider.

Above mentioned history is insufficient to arrive at a definitive answer . Can be Acid Peptic disorder or Gall Bladder issue . Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action .
