Hello Doctor - I am 26 year old a breast feeding mom. I am noticing bleeding 1 week before my periods let's say my period date is Aug 7 from today bleeding started. Last month also same thing had happened on same 22 nd June I had noticed bleeding. Since 2 3 months i have started following a healthy diet and Yoga. I have reduced almost 6 kg. Please let me know the reason for the same. Under no medication
