I have uterine fibroids problem. Today I start my menstrual cycle. And I noticed that the bleeding colour is black. I affraid. Please help me. What is that?

This might be normal as well. consider a gynecologist check up and USG

Please wait and see if your normal cycle starts in 1 to 2 days. Also meet your gynecologist to get a vaginal checkup to check for infection and to get your Paps smear done. An ultrasound should be checked. If all are normal nothing to worry.
