Had sex for the first time it did not bleed while having but was painful and burning as hell۔next morning there were sporting's and since two days there's sporting's and it's so painful that I got fever as well۔what could be the reason

It’s severe UTI happening after first intercourse. You need to take treatment for it. Spotting is also due to hymen tear during intercourses.
