Dear Dr. On 20th day from last date of my periods it's bleeding, before bleeding 3 to 4days before my legs thighs and lower back pain was paining alot. And now it's bleeding. Is there any precautions to be taken. Every month from last 4 years on  12th or 14 th day it's bleed a little. But this time on 20th day it's bleeding Also there is fishy smell from the white discharge after the periods are over. Please guide and suggest ayurvedic medicine. In 2019 when done sonography of pelvic doctor said there is endometriosis. I don't want to go with allopathy please suggest yoga and ayurvedic medicine please
